    CALL (4006-998-998 to 6) is needed to inform us about the intention of cooperation, the project situation and the city in which the project is located, or by E-mail (hezuo@998.com), fax (021-5653-1299), express (No. 2451 Hongqiao Road, Changning District, Shanghai, postcode 200335) to the Investment and Development Department of Kosmos Group.

  • 1-2 days arrival at the site

    Kosmos Group make a preliminary review the project. For projects that can make the franchiser and the group win-win, the group will consult with the franchiser and arrange the development project manager to carry out field visits within about 1-2 working days.

  • One day to complete the evaluation

    The development project manager carry out the project site inspection, taking about one working day to collect complete information which includes the project surrounding consumption level, development potential assessment, revenue measurement, co-engineering transformation and so on, and has a face-to-face meetings to understand each other. After passing, the final evaluation is completed.

  • Reach Cooperation

    The group provides professional investment analysis reports. The project renovation budget report shall be confirmed by both parties then we can sign the "franchise contract" which shall be approved in 2-7 working days from the date of signing.
